Fascial Plasticity: Yoga for Movement ~ 3-4PM
Fascial Plasticity: Fascia is the connective tissue that weaves throughout the entire body. It makes up our tendons, ligaments, and over 30 percent of our muscle. The majority of our flexibility and limitations in movement comes from restrictions in our fascia. This yoga practice will address the 5 major fascial lines to help you run faster, climb higher, and pedal further than before.
